We welcome you! If you have already scheduled an appointment, we look forward to seeing you! Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out new patient paperwork which will assist in keeping appointments on schedule. If you have medical insurance, please bring your medical insurance card with you and present it at check in. Thank you!

Take a Self-Assessment
If you would like to save some time at your first appointment, complete the Self-Assessment at home and bring a printed copy of the email with your results to your appointment

Better Sleep Bemidji accepts CareCredit which offers up to 2 years of interest free financing for comprehensive snore or sleep apnea treatment. Patients choosing to pay upfront for comprehensive snore or sleep apnea treatment, forgoing financing options, will receive a 10% discount.
